Test and tag
Testing and tagging of portable appliances and equipment to AS/NZS 3760, so the gear your staff use every day is safe and your records are current. We test, tag and keep the register for you.
RCD testing
AS/NZS 3760 recommends six-monthly push-button testing and annual trip-time testing for most commercial premises, and more often in hostile environments. We test to the right interval for your site, record the results and report, so you are audit ready.
Thermographic surveying
Thermal imaging of switchboards, connections and equipment finds hot spots and loose terminations before they fail, without shutting anything down. Useful for maintenance planning and insurance.
Preventative maintenance
A scheduled electrical maintenance program covering switchboards, lighting, power and safety inspections, including six-monthly emergency lighting testing to AS/NZS 2293.2, so faults are picked up before they cause downtime.
Electrical repairs and upgrades
New installations of power, lighting and three-phase supply for equipment, and complete electrical fit outs for new tenancies and refurbishments. We work alongside your builder, shopfitter or project manager to keep the program connected and on track.

Yes. We cater to maintenance, installation and repair needs on an ongoing or one-off basis. Many customers start with a single job and move to a preventative maintenance program with test and tag, RCD testing and thermographic surveying built in.

Electrical installations in Perth must meet the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules, and commercial work sits under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020. The WHS (General) Regulations 2022 require RCDs at a workplace to be tested regularly by a competent person, with AS/NZS 3760 setting the practical intervals. Emergency lighting is tested every six months under AS/NZS 2293.2. Electrical installing work also needs an electrical safety certificate, which we issue within 28 days, and where the work is notifiable we lodge the preliminary notice and notice of completion with the network operator on your behalf. We handle all of it.
