What to expect, step-by-step.
01. CONSULTATION
We consult with you to discuss your needs and understand your energy requirments.02. PROPOSAL
Once we have all of your information, we’ll email you a system proposal. It includes details of the system size, proposed layout, inverter location, your estimated energy savings, and quote.03. FOLLOW UP
Once you’ve had a chance to review your proposal, we’ll be in touch to make any amendments and answer further questions you might have.04. APPLICATIONS
We apply for all relevant federal and state solar rebates on your behalf, ensuring you receive every incentive you are entitled to. We take care of the paperwork, approvals and compliance so your system is installed faster and with zero admin stress.05. INSTALLATION
Once all applications are approved, we’ll be in touch to book your installation. We can usually schedule your installation within 10 business days of applications being approved. You do not have to be home on the day of installation, but you are welcome to be if preferred.06. ONGOING SUPPORT & MAINTANANCE
Once your system is live, we remain your point of contact for performance monitoring, servicing and any future upgrades. From warranty support to battery additions and system expansions, our in-house electricians are on hand to keep your solar performing at its best.FAQ

This depends on your energy usage. Your biggest savings will be on power used during the day as your home directly uses the energy being generated. Night time usage is charged as normal minus the feed-in tariff you produce (energy fed back to the grid). In short, use as much power during the day as possible.

Typically you can have solar installed for the cost of your current electricity bill or slightly less. Once the system is paid off, it continues to save you money for the life of the system (which is typically 15 years).

We offer 0% interest flexible payment plans, with the option to pay it off sooner with no additional fees. Alternatively, pay up front with a 20% deposit at time of booking the installation and remaining balance due day of installation.

Dependent on size and repayment terms of the system, we offer 36 to 60 month terms which can be paid back faster with zero fees. We will provide you with a specific quote.

Approximately 4-6 weeks from consultation to installation, pending application approvals and availability.

Immediately after installation, savings are typically greater in summer than winter due to reduced daylight hours.

You will be set up with an energy monitoring portal accessible from your mobile device.

You do not need to have a battery. All inverters are battery ready, meaning you can install a battery at a later date with minimal fuss. You may want to install a battery if you want to charge an electric vehicle, store power for night use, or reduce the need to be connected to the grid completely.

Solar sales companies often use misleading pricing to generate leads. Often installations are outsourced to subcontractors paid a set fee, incentivizing speed over quality. To further cut costs, lower-grade materials may be used to increase profit margins, sacrificing system reliability and efficiency.
